Les 7 doigts de la main was founded as a contemporary circus project. They are seven circus performers and friends who had worked together in other prestigious companies – such as Cirque du Soleil – or trained together at Montreal’s National Circus School. In 2002 they decided it was time to offer something new to the circus arts scene.

Faon, Gypsy, Isabelle, Pat, Sam, Seb and Shana are the skillful seven gymnasts that bring critics to their feet. For one of their shows, Traces, they featured five young artists fresh out of circus school. They mixed classic acrobatics with great parkour skills. The result was the same intimate circus experience yet with a more urban flavor.
